Substituting other ingredients, such as cauliflower, for traditional flour in a pizza pie crust is just one of the dozens of ways to live a carb-free lifestyle.
One large head of cauliflower
2 large eggs
2 cups skim mozzarella cheese
Remember this is for the crust only; you are free to add whatever toppings you like and create a practically carb-free pizza crust of your own likings.
Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
Grate your cauliflower and cook in microwave for 10 minutes until tender.
Mix in egg.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Roll out into pie crust, place on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
When your crust is done, feel free to place any veggies on top or a little sauce and some basil.
