Everyone loves a good bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwich (BLT)! This gives you the same delectable taste yet gives you the low-carb no bread version.
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
6 slices bacon, diced
Mayonnaise to taste
Cook the diced bacon, add to the halved cherry tomatoes, add mayonnaise to taste and top with lettuce and you have your own personal BLT in a bowl.
